Vertical Lathe

The vertical lathe in Mario Carnaghi was born in an already evolved phase of the company, with the advantage of being able to integrate and offer all the experience acquired in long years of production activity. Initially in the turning-only version, it was soon completed with the creation of the combined ram to perform the most varied turning, milling, drilling and grinding operations. From the single-mast versions, simpler both in terms of size and structure, TGF1, TGF5, TC10 and TG10, with 2 or 4 ranges, fixed and/or mobile crossbeam, up to the versions with double upright TG.20, TG.30, TG.40, TG.50, in a crescendo of sizes, powers and torques.

Gantry & Milling Machine

The concept of a “turnkey” project in the construction of a machine tool is becoming less and less rare and more appreciated among our customers. And it is precisely in the mobile gantry machines, both in the traditional high-removal versions, with the SG, LG and HG models, and in the subsequent evolutions of the “Millenium” series for high speeds, in the “MG” and “CB/CBM” models, that this aspect is most reflected.

Moving Table & Milling Machine

As an evolution of the traditional planers that marked the initial production of Mario Carnaghi, the “moving table milling machine” was born around the 60s, with the “FPP” models with 5.2 m of the transversal Y axis and up to 16 m of X axis. This version was then joined by a new concept of high-speed milling, the “Millenium” series.
